Any changes or improvements must be approved in writing by Keyrenter New England. Unauthorized modifications may result in charges or lease violations.
How are security deposits handled?
Security deposits are held in escrow in a real estate trust account. They are not disbursed until you vacate the property, at which time a disposition of funds is processed based on the condition of the property.
How do I apply for a rental property?
You can apply for a rental property by visiting our website at keyrenternewengland.com and filling out the online application form. Make sure to provide all required documentation for a smooth application process.
How is rent payment handled?
Rent can be paid online through our tenant portal, which offers a convenient and secure way to submit payments. We also accept payments via check or money order.
